Thanks to everyone who is reading my ACL Surgery Recovery blog. Sorry, I haven't posted a full report in the last two weeks. Been kinda busy. It was good to read your blog knowing u have the same pain I have. That is not meant to be mean, but I am 10 weeks post op and just started running, my knee hurt so bad for two days then I had to go back and do it again, however it still hurt and I was sore again. Any ideas if that will get better as the days go on running in your experience? let me know if you can, my email is loveamericas@yahoo.com and I would love to keep in touch with you if we can just so I can get an idea of how you are doing and what I can expect.
